I’ve really enjoyed this oven. I use it at least 3 times a week. It’s become a great addition to the Kingy family. If I’m not using it my sons are. Rock on, it’s a good’un. This is a great oven – the best pizzas this side of Naples!

We bought the oven just before lockdown with our original idea to host jazz and pizza evenings.  Ironically due to Covid-19, as we can’t have live music gatherings, we are hosting pop-up woodsmoke kitchens cooking Paella, slow cooked brisket, pork belly and so much more.  At the moment we have beef and chicken bone broths, slow dry roasting shitake mushrooms and onions cooking for tonight’s smoke  & noodles AKA Ramen! We can cook up to 150-200 pizzas a night with this oven. Other benefits are that I was able to have it painted the colour I wanted.
